Minglement Est. 1972 has grown its herb and spice apothecary for over 30 years to be a resource for Makers and Cooks to find and make what you need for your own health and well-being. In our store we offer an extensive selection of colorful and fragrant and fresh herbs and spices in bulk form. We source from organic, local  herb growers, organic spice traders and wild crafters that adhere to ethical, sustainable and responsible wild crafting standards.

At this time not all of our herbs and spices are visible online just yet, so please feel free to give us a call and we can add to your selection. We are not a large warehouse storing herbs and spices. You will experience the difference. Please support true independent small businesses.

Salt

As ancient as time itself, salt has been a major component of the human diet, rituals, and medical practices for all time. All of our salts are ethically sourced and naturally high in minerals. No artificial additives or preservatives. Just salt. Some smoked while other choices are infused with our herbs, flowers and spices.  

Chocolate

Our chocolate powder, nibs and chocolate rounds are from heirloom and fair trade varieties. Online and in our store we only carry chocolate that does not contains cheap vegetable fats or vanilla flavoring which is often added to hide the poor quality of the beans. Our chocolate offerings are low in sugar and uses the entire bean without solvents. The result is a pure, high quality chocolate choices online here, for use in your mocktails, ferments, wine, desserts and savory meals.
