Heirloom-Fair Trade Chocolate

Our chocolate powders both raw and roasted, nibs, and rounds are sourced from heirloom cacao varieties, adhering to fair trade practices. Unlike mass-produced options, this chocolate is low in sugar and contains no cheap vegetable fats, solvents or artificial vanilla flavoring, common additives used to mask low quality beans.

Use this chocolate to make indulgent desserts to artisanal creations like, infused wines, and mocktails. Try the chocolate disks in your next batch of chocolate chip cookies or make up a hot chocolate mix that is not too sweet and that adults will love. Note: We mix 3 parts chocolate to 1 part turbinado sugar to make our hot chocolate for use in our cafe.
