Organic Elder Flowers – Local – Organic wild crafted

We keep these freshly dried flowers in a vacuum sealed glass jar to keep its freshness for the year. Elder flowers are gentle and mild tasting and can be made into teas, syrups, fritters and as an ingrrdiant in beverages.

The flowers have been know to promote sweating. Our customers tell us they have used elderflower tea during times of fever and colds. In many European traditions, gifts of water, beer, milk, cake, or bread would often be found around elder trees, giving thanks. The Celts sometimes planted elder trees on the graves of their loved ones, believing that blossoms were evidence of happy souls.         4 oz – $19.00
