Wow! So very fragrant! Use in breads, meats, chai, curries and coffee, beer and as a syrup. It has also been used traditionally as a digestive aid as well as in perfumery.  We lightly roast ours in an iron pan before adding to our soup curry dishes. 3.5oz.
