Nettle Leaf Tea

Nettle Leaf Tea is often used in the spring time to counteract allergies from grasses & tree pollen. Their leaves are collected in the springtime to use fresh in cooking (can be added to egg dishes or soup) and of course for drying for later use.  Be mindful where you collect and look for “clean” soils to forage from. If you were not able to dry some for later use, we’ve got you covered. Their leaves are rich in minerals and make a nice tea in winter – add honey.

Small bag: 1.9 oz  Large bag: 3.8 oz
