*Nutmeg Seed -(Myristica frajrans)

Very aromatic – sweet and warm flavor and slightly camphorous. The whole seeds keep better and are easily grated and can keep for a long time if kept cool and in a cover container. Use in your coffee, breads, teas, soups and whatever your imagination can dream. Before you get to the sacred seed there is a fleshy fruit then a sticky red covering that is used as mace. Underneath all that goodness is the beautiful nut. These are very fragrant this year.  Approx.  3.5 oz since weight of seed varies.
