Nutmeg Seed -(Myristica frajrans)

Very aromatic – sweet and warm flavor and slightly camphorous. Ethically sourced – The whole seeds are easily grated and can keep for a long time if kept cool and in a covered container. Use in your coffee, breads, teas, soups and whatever your imagination can dream. Before you get to the sacred seed there is a fleshy fruit then a sticky red covering that is used as mace. Underneath all that goodness is the beautiful nut. Very fragrant.  Approx.  4 oz   –  18.75
