Minglement Est. 1972 has grown its herb and spice apothecary for over 25 years to be a resource for Makers and Cooks to find and make what what you need for your own health and well-being. In the  store we offer an extensive selection of colorful and fragrant and fresh herbs and spices in bulk form, sourced from organic, local  herb growers, organic spice traders and wild crafters that adhere to ethical, sustainable and responsible wild crafting standards.

Salt

As ancient as time itself, salt has been a major component of the human diet, rituals, and medical practices for all time. All of our salts are ethically sourced and naturally high in minerals. No artificial additives or preservatives. Just salt. Some smoked while other choices are infused with our herbs, flowers and spices.

Heirloom-Fair Trade Chocolate

Our chocolate powders both raw and roasted, nibs, and rounds are sourced from heirloom cacao varieties, adhering to fair trade practices. Unlike mass-produced options, this chocolate is low in sugar and contains no cheap vegetable fats, solvents or artificial vanilla flavoring, common additives used to mask low quality beans.

Use this chocolate to make indulgent desserts to artisanal creations like, infused wines, and mocktails. Try the chocolate disks in your next batch of chocolate chip cookies or make up a hot chocolate mix that is not too sweet and that adults will love. Note: We mix 3 parts chocolate to 1 part turbinado sugar to make our hot chocolate for use in our cafe.
