Minglement started the organic food movement and bulk buying program on the island long ago, when organic wasn’t as popular as it is now and led the way to support the islands farms sourcing eggs, produce, foods and art.
Our extensive apothecary has grown over the last 25 years to become a trusted resource for makers, herbalists, and cooks seeking high-quality ingredients for health and well being. Loyal customers from the island and beyond visit regularly for our extensive selection of herbs, spices, and supporting products. Aromatic herbs, spices, and teas, all available in bulk are sourced from smaller independent local and regional organic herb growers, ethical spice traders, and sustainable wild crafters.
We keep things simple like the smaller European markets, where you can pick up what’s needed for the day’s meal. Choose among organic high quality meats, many from the island’s family farms or fisheries, as well as organic dairy, pantry items and produce from local food hubs.
